Radio Birdman - Living Eyes - Vinyl LP

Living Eyes was recorded at Rockfield Studios in Wales during a break in the band's 1978 tour of Britain and Europe. Relations between members were falling apart and Sire had dropped the band prior to the start of recording. Their breakup soon followed. All releases of the album were cut from a tape dub of trial mixes as the band never received an official master. In 1994 the original tapes were retrieved from Rockfield Studios and remixed in Australia for a CD only release.

This pressing of Living Eyes is the remix version of the album and has previously been unreleased on vinyl. The album has been remastered and cut to lacquer for the occasion. The front cover is the same as the original release while the back cover has been altered and has the band pictures previously found in the inner sleeve. The new inner sleeve contains liner notes explaining the genesis of the remix as well as previously used artwork.
